Lazy and Easy All in One Master Reviews

disclaimer: products received in exchange for honest & unbiased review.  blog contains chapter/referral links

I am a Memebox Administrator and I volition received products from time to time to test and review for my readers.  I was asked if I would be interested in reviewing the Holika Holika Gudetama line that was recently released and of form, I said yes!! I have already reviewed some of their Gud line already but I was interested in the skincare products ~ I am non that much into BB cushions that much so I passed on those.

Holika Holika Lazy & Like shooting fish in a barrel All Kill Cleanser Oil to Foam What a beautiful bottle!  This cleansing product is housed in a clear bottle with lazy Gudetama floating on the front of it.  It has a yellowish pump applicator and I beloved how much idea was put into the design of this cleanser ~ Gud floating in a sea of gel, that looks like raw egg white to the vivid yolk yellow pump.  The pump dispenses the oil in a prissy piece of cake menstruum ~ no squirting out here.

At that place are no eggy ingredients in this cleanser,  but iii unlike types of seaweed, including kelp. This also contains olive oil and soap wort botanical found extracts.  I guess the "oil" in the "oil to foam" cleanser is the olive oil, but honestly, this doesn't experience like an oil cleanser, but more of a runny gel.

Ingredients: Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Decyl Glucoside, Cocamide DEA, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Portulaca Oleracea Excerpt,  Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Saponaria Officinalis (soapwort) Leaf Extract, Laminaria Japonica (kelp) Excerpt, Undaria Pinnatifida (wakame/brown kelp) Extract, Enteromorpha Compressa (green seaweed) Excerpt, Butylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Allantoin, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance cosDNA analysis

Welp, the photo does not show much ~ information technology looks like water below, but it is thicker than h2o and very runny.  The aroma is very lite and I cannot place it, just it isn't unpleasant either.   I wasn't going to be impressed by this cleanser, I know it.  Or did I really know?

I used some of my heavy duty stubborn makeup to test the cleansing abilities of the Gud ~ Tonymoly Delight Tint, Innisfree Glow Liquid Eye Shadow, mascara, brow tint, theBalm Meet the Matt(e) Hughes, Misshia Painting Rouge lippie.    It doesn't cream upwardly that much ~ it has a light chimera foam and I did use my dual brush from Memebox to cream up the production, which is my normal routine when I use cleansers on my face.  However, foam or not cream, wow ~ Does information technology make clean up or what?  No residue was left behind and when I apply this production on my face, information technology doesn't dry my skin or make it experience tight.

In that location HAS to be something incorrect with this product, right?  A novelty item has to have a high pH level ~ information technology has to… Nope, I did a pH test and it came out to what I think is a 5, making this slightly acidic.

So, quite bluntly, whatever Holika Holika did with this novelty item, they created what I think is a pretty good cleanser ~ non that many ingredients, piddling odor, near first-class cleansing ability and a depression pH factor.  The design is outstanding ~ a beautiful bottle, great pump applicator and the gel looks like Gud's raw runny egg  whites!   Full Size 150 mL RV $xx.00  @ Memebox United states of america

Description: Holika Holika just uncomplicated the skincare game with its Lazy & Easy line, a cute collabo with Gudetama. This killer 2-in-one cleanser makes it way likewise easy to wash up. It first dissolves makeup as a cleansing oil and then magically transforms into a foam cleanser to remove deep-seated dirt. Plus, its Olive Oil base and veggie extracts nourish every bit you massage, leaving your skin clean, healthy, and ready to soak in the next goodies of your skincare routine.

Holika Holika Lazy & Piece of cake Smooth Egg Peeling Gel What is a peeling gel? Peeling gels are non peels ~ they are really not-physical exfoliators that use fruit enzymes to dissolve dead skin cells and unclog pores, which yous tin see every bit y'all massage information technology onto your skin. They revitalize and refresh the skin and only remove a small amount of superficial skin.  Peeling gels must exist applied to make clean, Dry out peel, otherwise, they do not work equally well.  Peeling gels should likewise accept an blastoff hydroxy acid (glycolic, citric, lactic) as this acid helps in removing dead skin cells ~ lemons and papayas naturally comprise blastoff hydroxy acids.   Some other mutual ingredient is hyaluronic acid or glycerin, as that will increase moisture and hydration and amend your pare'south texture and tone.   They should also have fibers in the production to assist bind the clay and dead skin cells and dodder them into balls, away from your skin.  Those clumps are role production (listed as acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer or carbomer or cellulose), part your skin cells, held together with the oils from your skin.  If the clumps are greyish-white in colour as well, don't worry ~ that just means that your skin was muddied

This product does contain 2 different types of AHA's ~ glycolic and citric acids ~ plus glycerin for moisturizing and the clumping fibers: carbomer and cellulose.  I did practise a "plate" test to meet if the clumps would announced and they did not.  Some peeling gels are bogus because they volition "clump" on surfaces that aren't human skin.  This product also has eggs, from the Jiri Mountain region, and they are supposed to be more pristine and "natural" than other eggs.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Quaternium-60, Carbomer, Glyceryl Polyacrylate, Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Carbohydrate Cane) Extract, Acer Saccharum (Saccharide Maple) Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Egg Yolk Extract, Hydrolyzed Egg Shell Membrane, Cellulose, 1,2-Hexanediol, Egg Crush Powder, Vinegar, Disodium EDTA,Caprylyl Glycol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance cosDNA assay

This is the cutest packaging EVAH.  To go to the product, but flip up the yolk cap and squeeze the safety base of operations to get to the gel.  Once you become the gel, just flip the yolk cap dorsum downwardly then place the "egg trounce" top dorsum on the container.

This gel has a medium weight texture and has a light floral scent, which is a a scrap disappointing equally I was hoping for fruit with all of the fruity extracts.  Simply apply to dry skin, gently massage in a round motility, concentrating on and around your T-zone.  As you tin can see in the photo beneath, it did clump up on my mitt, collecting dead peel cells, dirt and oil.

Rinse off the product with warm/cool water and you should follow up with a soothing moisturizer.  My skin felt actually smoothen and soft after using this gel ~ I should use peeling gels more oft, but you have to utilize to make clean and dry skin. Normally when I wash my face, information technology is still moist and then to wait for it to dry out and so apply the product is a bit time consuming for daily use. Size 140 mL RV $12.00 @ Memebox USA

Description: Holika Holika merely unproblematic the skincare game with its Lazy & Like shooting fish in a barrel line, a cute collabo with Gudetama. This peeling gel is packed with natural eggs from Jiri Mountain, which tighten and pamper pores with much needed moisture while also removing sebum, blackheads, and whiteheads. Equally the gel rolls abroad, information technology quickly and gently sweeps away expressionless skin and dirt, leaving skin smooth and fresh, just like that.

Holika Holika Lazy & Easy All-In-One Master Essence ahaha ~ it looks like Gud is picking his/her/its olfactory organ here (or flipping me off!)  This is an essence that is supposed to accept the place of a toner, essence and skin gel.  This essence comes in a very sturdy plastic bottle with a pump applicator ~ I thought information technology was made of metal at outset ~ that is how weighty this product is.

Some of its important ingredients are ceramide 3, Japanese elm root and cork tree bark extracts.

It also contains a slew of botanical ingredients: centella, fig, portulaca oleracea, licorice, peony, parsley, arugula, aloe (should I make a salad?)  Along with some oils ~ bergamot, lavander, lemongrass, orange, chamomile, geranium~ whose backdrop can include astringent, brightening, soothing, calming and anti-bacteria, anti-septic and anti-crumbling benefits.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol, PEG-32, Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone, Dimethicone/PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer, Methyl Gluceth-20, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Pentylene Glycol, PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer, Ceramide 3 (NP), Ulmus Davidiana (Japanese Elm) Root Extract, Amaranthus Caudatus (Love-Lies-Bleeding)  Seed Extract, Piper Methysticum Leaf/Root/Stem Extract, Phellodendron Amurense (Cork Tree) Bark Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Pueraria Thunbergiana  (Kudzu) Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Paeonia Albiflora (Peony) Root Excerpt, Cnidium Officinale (Marsh Parsley) Root Extract, Eruca Sativa (Arugula) Leaf Extract, PEG-xl Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Soluble Collagen, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass)  Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Blossom Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil, Polymethyl Methacrylate, C12-14 Pareth-12, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Inositol, Glyceryl Polymethacrylate, Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexylglycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Sodium Polyacrylate, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, PVM/MA Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol cosDNA analysis

This certainly has a gel similar texture and it has a floral-lavender scent to it ~ information technology actually is kinda nice!  When I apply this to my peel, it feels like I am applying a facial primer, which might be due to the dimethicone ingredients in here.

It doesn't leave backside a tacky or sticky remainder and information technology does blot into my skin subsequently a few minutes.  For the record, I have oily skin and it is very hot and humid right now where I live, so I bet this essence would perform meliorate with dry skin or in drier, cooler weather.

This does increment my moisture/oil levels by 36% but it feels more heavy on my skin, probably due to the 'cones and also the slickness of this essence.  I call up this would be meliorate suited for me in the cooler months as information technology "feels" besides much for my skin right now.  That said, it didn't cause me to breakout or turn my face into a grease pit ~ I just feel that I need lighter hydrating products to layer. This will be perfect for when the weather gets cooler, and then I will put it aside ~ cause Winter Is Coming.   I do think if you currently have dry skin or live in a dry area, this would be neat to use now. Full Size 100 mL RV $39.00 @ Memebox Usa

Description: Master the art of lazy (and smart) skincare with this all-in-one essence. It goes from not-glutinous gel to toner to essence, and we think it'south totally genius! Holika Holika merely uncomplicated the skincare game with its Lazy & Easy line, a cute collabo with Gudetama. This all-in-one skincare must-accept functions equally a calming gel, a revitalizing toner, and a moisturizing essence. Pumped with pare-strengthening Ceramide, it restores the wellness and suppleness of skin in, voilà, 1 easy pace.

Final Thoughts

I've been pleasantly surprised and happy with the Holika Holika Gudetama series!  I normally do not expect much from a novelty line, but Holika Holika does make some really nice skin care products, and so they only took it a step farther and fabricated the packaging so kawaii!   I do wonder if some of these items are already part of a series in Holika Holika, just not branded as Gudetama ~ I will have to check that out ~ as this line is a express edition, and since the ingredients and products are pretty darn good, I would recollect they would continue to make these items, even without the Gud.   Have y'all tried any of the Holika Holika Gudetama items? Which ones are of interest to y'all?  Please let me know in the comments below!
